Next Wave of Coaching Starts

Here

Undoxa is for coaches who are done with generic advice and chasing trends.

We help you stand out, build credibility, and create lasting change—without rigid diets, one-size-fits-all programs, or guesswork.

Hey, I'm Laura!

IIf we’ve met before — welcome back. If we haven’t — I’m glad you’re here.

I’m a board-certified health coach and corporate wellness strategist with a deep focus on what actually works — especially for the parts of the workforce most wellness programs overlook.

Over the years, I kept noticing the same thing: most wellness programs were built for an ideal employee — not the reality of shift workers, frontline teams, or busy professionals juggling real life. They were well-meaning but missing the mark.

That’s why I created Undoxa, to help coaches and companies break away from cookie-cutter wellness and build strategies that actually stick

Since then, I've had the privilege to:

Support organizations in improving employee health, retention, and engagement with wellness strategies that actually fit the realities of shift and hourly workers.

Train over a hundred health coaches through ShiftHC™, Corporate Wellness Blueprint and BetterSleep.HC™, teaching practical tools for coaching shift-working clients.

Speak at national conferences, including the Health and Wellbeing Coaching Conference and the Integrative Healthcare Symposium, on the future of coaching in the workplace

Undo the Expected

Most wellness training is built on cookie-cutter programs and quick-fix fads. We flip that script — helping you think differently and coach where it actually counts.

Rebuild What Fits

Learn to design strategies that meet real people where they are — from shift workers to frontline staff to busy professionals. No fluff. Just practical tools.

Sustain Real Results

Coaching that sticks goes beyond theory. We focus on small, lasting changes that fit into daily life — so the impact lasts long after the session ends.

If You are a Health Coach Who Wants To:

  • Work with companies, employee wellness programs, or shift-based industries

  • Feel confident pricing and pitching your services

  • Get practical tools—not vague theory

  • Make a real impact and get paid for it

Testimonials

As a former nurse its great to hear a coach who really understands the health struggles I faced working rotating shifts. I cant wait to implement what I learned and help my nursing friends.

Amaleen L.

This course opened my eyes to a niche I didn't even realize existed. As a former nurse, I related so much to what Laura said.
